Measurement Integrity in Talent Systems
Introverts Empowered addresses a persistent problem in organizational systems: the mismeasurement of analytical and cognitively diverse contributors.
Behavioral assessments can identify these strengths. Performance evaluation systems do not always measure them accurately. The result is not a talent gap. It is a measurement gap. It distorts outcomes, weakens leadership succession, and erodes return on investment.
Introverts Empowered works at the system level to identify and correct that misalignment.
Our Founder
Jane Gachucha, CFE, is a Measurement Integrity Strategist with more than 20 years of Fortune 500 audit and investigations experience. She has been a Certified Fraud Examiner since 2014.
Jane applies audit methodology to organizational talent systems. She examines where stated values, predictive tools, and evaluation criteria diverge. Her work is grounded in audit, compliance, and risk-sensitive environments, where accuracy is required and misalignment carries real consequences.
This perspective came from observation, not advocacy. Across organizations, Jane repeatedly observed employees whose assessments and training indicated strong potential, yet whose recorded performance did not fully reflect the value they were delivering. The issue was not disposition or capability. It was how performance was measured.
The disconnect is structural, not personal. Introverts Empowered was founded to address it.
Our Approach
Introverts Empowered applies audit-grade rigor to talent measurement systems. The work does not focus on changing individual behavior. It examines how organizations define, observe, and evaluate performance across the employee lifecycle.
-
Documentation Review - comparing assessment outputs and training objectives against performance evaluation criteria
-
Pattern Analysis - identifying recurring gaps between outcomes and recorded performance
-
Alignment Frameworks - restoring coherence between what organizations say they value and what they measure
The objective is not accommodation. The objective is measurement accuracy.
